Research is conducted in specialist laboratory and office space that was purpose designed to allow the flexibility for conducting multiple simultaneous controlled trials. Cognitive function is assessed in 4 computer enabled and networked laboratories, with flexible solid divider wall systems to allow the expansion of individual rooms for larger projects.
We also have a dedicated EEG suite for monitoring electrical brain activity and Near Infrared Spectroscopy and Transcranial Doppler for the assessment of cerebral blood flow.
These facilities are complemented by an ‘in house’ wet-lab equipped for a wide range of physiological and other in vitro assays. Naturally, we also provide a comfortable waiting environment for our participants.
