Leigh joined the Division of Psychology as a senior lecturer in October 2007. He obtained his PhD in 2001 (on dual tasking in older adults) before moving on to Stirling to undertake a post-doctoral position investigating episodic memory using EEG and fMRI methodology. More recently, Leigh held a lectureship at Glasgow Caledonian University.
Leigh’s research interests include nutrition and mental performance, cognitive ageing, brain imaging techniques, typical/atypical development & music and cognition.
