Research

His work assesses the psychological (e.g., coping style, social support, mood etc), and physiological (e.g., endocrine, cardiovascular & immune pathways) by which psychological factors (e.g., stress) lead to negative outcomes in terms of health, well-being and performance. He is particularly interested in the development and application of laboratory stress paradigms that represent the stressors encountered in everyday life. These include the development of the Multi-tasking Framework and the 35% CO2 Stress Test (for more details contact Mark).
